About Brian

Born in Brighton, England, I started work in the corporate worlds of London and Brighton. Putting aside the suit and tie, I then experienced a different perspective of life as a kibbutz volunteer, based near Haifa, Israel. Developing my career, I now live in Italy providing coaching and training to individual and corporate clients.

A passion for music and sport and a love for the theatre, expressions of channelling the power of preparation and practice into peak moments of excellence, have accompanied me throughout my journey to now.

I am a holder of a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), an elected Member of the Institute and a Chartered Marketer. Having completed the International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program of the Coaches Training Institute, UK, I have obtained the title of Coach.

With the clients setting the agenda, my co-active coaching sessions are virtual spaces in which clients can examine their professional and personal toolkits, understand the choices available to them and move towards their goals.

To date I have provided more than 14,200 hours of training in the following three areas:

- Marketing training

Based on client requirements, I design and deliver training programmes consisting of standalone modules dealing with various aspects of marketing, integrating experiential learning and coaching.

- Elements of performance for a collaborative workplace workshops

Developed from the postgraduate course I teach at the Catholic University of Milan, at the centre of these workshops are people skills, summed up by the idea of working with love, heart and passion.

The workshops make use of material written by me and published with the titles Training through drama for work (2009), Elements of theatre at work (2010) and Reflections on performance at work (2012).

- English language training

Whether requiring General English language training or Business English communication skills development, I provide customized lessons via Skype to individual and corporate clients.
