Colouring the moment

Colourful picture

“With imagination and creativity guided by inspiration we are colouring the moment.” #bgdtcoaching.

Depending on how we are feeling right now, we may be colouring the moment with a splash of excitement and joy. Colouring the moment in this manner we are adding to the beauty of the day. Our presence possibly brings a smile to those we encounter and life shines bright from us.

On other days conceivably we are colouring the moment with darker shades. Life can feel heavy and our outlook could reflect a more serious approach to the reality right now. No matter how we are colouring the moment, the picture we are creating is a composition embracing our existence.

The flow of life might be taking us in a new direction or leading us on a journey along well worn paths. If you’d like to share your input, perhaps describing how you are colouring the moment, please leave a comment below.
