How excited are you by today?

Following on from the previous post here, ‘What’s your daily call to action?’, let me ask you another key question: ‘How excited are you by today?

If the quarter, month and week have been planned well, then it is likely today will be filled with tasks and actions designed to ensure you are heading in the desired direction.

Perhaps you have already hit your targets for 2020 and are in ‘Holiday mode’. If so, answering ‘How excited are you by today?’ is easy as it could well be filled with events, activities and the like programmed to provide maximum enjoyment.

But what happens when the response to ‘How excited are you by today?’ is “Not very enthusiastic at all about today or indeed any day”?

In these instances, giving ourselves tiny assignments to complete in a short space of time might be a way to establish the habit of ‘reaching our goals’. From this beginning, we can appreciate that being excited about subsequent ‘todays’ is not impossible after all.

Please feel free to share your thoughts on the inquiry ‘How excited are you by today?
