A dash of colour

Adding a dash of colour to the day provides a welcome break from a day working with black and white words, whether on paper or the computer screen.

That said, at any moment, we have the option to look up and/or walk away to connect with our surroundings.

Many folk nowadays operate from locations more exotic than traditional office settings. For these people, a dash of colour is the blue sky, golden sands or whatever hues nature gifts them.

Yet no matter where we are, as mindfulness teaches us, we are right here right now, and the choice to connect with this moment is one we always have.

And this itself would be a dash of colour, no?
