Being open to life

November 14, 2019

That you are reading this post might imply you are being open to life. If you are a regular reader of these posts, you could imagine what to expect from this reflection. I may attempt to put forward ideas around integrity, choices, letting go of negative influences and the like.

Being open to life certainly embraces these ideas on many levels. Additionally, we should consider leaning into each moment rather than trying to ‘cherry-pick’ only those instances we feel are interesting for us.

Being open to life is, of course, also a mindset as well as a way of operating. Things will not always be to our liking, yet we shouldn’t let that distract us from our heartfelt approach to living our potential. Challenges can either disrupt our day or be opportunities for us to shine.

For now, thanks for reading this ‘Being open to life’ post and don’t hesitate to like and share it.
