I do find it difficult to speak up against people who have bully-like tendencies.
Quietly focusing on key points and not falling into an argument can help us get our message across. Being human, however, there will be days we feel frustrated and think the bullies have won. Fortunately, the majority of folk are pretty decent, no? Thanks for connecting and sharing here Luciana.
Yes, you are right, Brian, most people are decent. I just need to remember most bullies are unhappy people who like to bring others down.
Thank you!
And it is not our job to make it easy for them to do it to us, no? We can be the gatekeepers of our minds/soul/emotions/outlook.
Yes, indeed! Working on that!!
Am walking with you Luciana. Weekend greetings to you and yours.
Thank you, Brian! I hope you enjoy the weekend.
Grazie Luciana.
